    Great overnight spot.

The lake was completely dry when we arrived. There are good camping facilities. Power points, shady spots, BBQ but a biblical plague of flies in the bathroom. I've never seen anything like it. Biblical plague barely does it justice. You can hear the humming before you see the signs.

Since this lake dried up around 2001, it isn’t a great place to visit but it’s certainly ok. Decent facilities - barbecues, picnic shelters, toilets and camping areas plus the close proximity to Sea Lake make it a place worth visiting and an additional accommodation option for the town.

The Green Lake has dried up. It was previously supplied by canals. Current community & government project intends to refill probably via Murray River. The Sea Lake community intends to restore water sports on the lake. The camp sites have power & the water is on tap & tastes like clean rain water. Campsites are mostly around the lake bed. $20 per night for powered & $15 unpowered. Showers 10 cents. Hot water at sinks. Amenities blocks x2 old but reasonably clean. Some covered areas. Metal fire places wood collectable.
